I dispatch items from Poland within 2 weeks of payment, to allow some time for making the rolling pin, and treating for protection.

UPS Express Saver Shipping:

Europe (outside EU)/Russia - 13.5 €

The National Post Shipping:

Poland 1-2 days
EU 4 days-1 week
Rest of the world (including USA & Canada) 1- 3 weeks

UE - 10€
US, Canada - 11.50€
Australia, New Zealand - 11.50€
Rest of the world - 12€
Poland - 2.50€

IMPORTANT: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. Outside EU customs clearance procedures can be required, which can cause delays for which I can' be responsible for.

Returns

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your rolling pin, contact me and I'll work out a solution for you.

We don't accept returns for personalized rolling pins but don't hesitate to contact us in case you're dissatisfied.

Have in mind that, being a natural material, it might present some small imperfections like changes in colour, small fissures etc. This however does not affect neither the quality of use nor the beauty of the rolling pin. are natural. However if you find it affects the use, just tell me and we'll work it out !
