Sto Lat! Sto Lat!

This time I have something special for a very special day: BirthDay!
Let’s bake some delicious cookies with a super cute "Sto lat" pattern (this means 100years in polish)! Not only for kids! Not only for cookies!

These wooden rolling pins are 45cm long, 6cm diameter, made of beech. I laser-engrave them with a high precision, and oil them by hand. Everything is made locally with love here in Poland. Obviously they are perfectly safe for use with food.

Those gorgeous rolling pins are made from beech, I treat them very gently with protective oil, but please have in mind that, being a natural material, it might present some small imperfections (changes in colour, small fissures etc). This however does not affect neither the quality of use nor the beauty of the rolling pin!

It imprinted perfectly on my cookies, though depending on the composition and colour of the dough you can get a more or less pronounced effect.
The rolling pin model might slightly differ from the picture. This one will be reflected so that your pastries emboss correctly.

Wash dry with a brush first, then if needed with hot water, soap and dry well before using again!

***
I also put some instructions as well as the recipe for the cookies with the rolling pin.
***
Enjoy!
